These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by richie.media (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
richie.media provides Graphic Design and related creative services such as, but not limited to Website Development, Audio Production and Voiceovers. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.
2. Payments & Payment Plans
2.1. Payment Methods
We offer flexible payment options. Payment methods will be confirmed on your invoice, and by submitting payment, you agree to these Terms.
2.2 Payment Plans
50/50 Plan: A minimum of 50% of the agreed quote is required upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% must be paid before final files are released. This structure may be adjusted (e.g., 70/30) as long as the upfront deposit is at least 50%.
100% Upfront: The full invoice amount is paid before work begins. This ensures your project is prioritized and delivered at the soonest completion date.
Custom Plans: Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed and agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Refund Policy
Strictly Non-Refundable: All payments made to Richie.Media are non-refundable under all circumstances. By paying any invoice, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
3.1. Deposits
Deposits paid (including the 50/50 plan or variations such as 70/30) are non-refundable.
3.2. Payment Plans
Any partial payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable.
3.3. 100% Upfront Payments
Payments made in full at the start of a project are non-refundable
4. Revisions
During the design process, richie.media provides as many drafts as necessary through communication with the Client.
Once a project reaches the stage of a “final” product and has been delivered to the Client, only one revision is included as standard per order. Additional revisions beyond the single included post-delivery revision may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Richie.Media retains ownership of all preliminary concepts and drafts. Upon full payment, final approved designs are transferred to the Client.
richie.media reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide all necessary information, content, and approvals promptly.
Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines but do not entitle the Client to refunds (see Section 3: Refund Policy).
7. Cancellation
If a project is canceled by the Client after work has begun, the Client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.
Deposits and payments remain non-refundable (see Section 3: Refund Policy).
8. Limitation of Liability
richie.media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for printing errors, third-party misuse of designs, or outcomes outside our control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
